Gadsden State Captures Cross Country Championship

The ACCC Women?s Cross Country Championship was held at Gadsden State Community College Thursday, October 28, 2010, under ideal course and weather conditions. Gadsden State was the winner followed by Bevill State in second place with Southern Union capturing third place. Gadsden State hosted the event and provided outstanding hospitality and a post game meal for participants. ACCC Commissioner Al Cox presented awards to the winner, All Region awards to the top eight runners and the Coach of the Year Award to Jim Pitchford. All participants also received official ACCC event T-shirts. Complete race results are listed below.
