Bevill State Drops Pair of Games to ICC & NEMCC

The Lady Bears also played over the holiday week going against Itawamba Community College on Tuesday. It was a close game but Bevill State could not hold out, losing 76-72 in the final moments.

The Lady Bears saw four players post double figures. Ebonie Johnson took 18 points, all in 3-pointers, followed by Britteny Henderson and Natalia Gregory, both with 14 points each, and Amanda Johnson with 10.

Earlier in the week, the Bevill State women's team faced off against Northeast Mississippi Community College in an away game that sent the Lady Bears home with a disappointing 87-64 loss. The leading scores were Ebonie Johnson, who posted 17 points for the game, Natalia Gregory, who finished with 16, and Amanda Johnson, who added 12.
