2010 - 2011 Season Preview

The Sun Chiefs return 9 sophomores and have added 8 freshmen to the roster. According to Coach Pitts, the team has experienced depth and a very good overall team speed.

Last year the predominately freshmen team made it to the final four. This year the team has high expectations and has been working hard in preparation for the upcoming conference schedule. Last season the Sun Chiefs finished second in the Southern Division and hopes to be a contender for that title this year.

Our challenge will be discipline and focus both on and off the court along with our practice intensity. The freshmen will make a significant impact this season.
