The head coach is a native of Marion Junction, AL. A former Lady Patriot herself, Coach Antoinette Blevins started her college career here at Wallace Community College Selma. Coach Blevins hopes to bring back that old "Patriot Pride" by adding some wins to the schedule.

With new players comes a higher expectations. Coming from high schools with good strong athletic backgrounds, the newcomers will surely make an impact on the 2004-2005 Season. The biggest impact among them stands at 6'3", Freshman Morteacha Perry from Autaugaville High School. Perry who was the most dominant Center in Autauga County and is expected to do big things. In addition to Perry adding a little more help to the post will be Shermanita Thigpen of Selma.

Hailing from Greenville High School is freshman Guard Tameka Savage. Savage at 5'9" will be a great addition to the backcourt with her ability to post and create.

To bring more depth to the backcourt, Latoya Durant, Letti Hasberry, and De'Andra Sturgeon will all hold a key role in the Lady Patriots' success.

To keep the key turning Sophomore Theia Preston of West Blocton, AL lead the Lady Patriots in scoring and rebounding on the 2004-2005 season. The other key elements are Tracie Hartley and Kimberly Shears. In the backcourt bringing experience, speed, and quickness are Latrista Anderson, Kalette Mixon, and Octivia Williams.

With all the changes the Lady Patriots are eager to see what the future will hold for the 2004-2005 season
